Questions before ordering? Check here first?
We have tried to include answers to the most common questions that I am asked by customers. If you don't see your question or you need more information an anything please feel free to contact us by any of the methods listed on our Contact Us page.
Q Do you guarantee your products or services?
A Yes, we offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. You can mail it back to us at: Susan's Soaps & More, PO Box 189, Scurry, Texas, 75158. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us 972-452-8965 or by Email.
Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone or write us a check and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.
Q Do you offer free samples?
A If you send us a SASE with .65 postage then we will send you back a couple of soap slivers for you to try along with a flyer about our products. Please specify which two scents you would like to try and mail the SASE to Susan's Soaps & More, PO Box 189, Scurry, Texas 75158
Q What shipping methods do you offer?
A We are now offering shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The shopping cart will allow you to choose whichever method you prefer. Usually for smaller orders Priority Mail is the least expensive option. If you have set up an account with us and are a Retail customer with an order totalling over $75.00 you will have an option for free shipping. Please select that option so as not to be charged for shipping. Your order will generally be shipped via Priority Mail but if very large may be shipped via UPS. Note: You MUST have a retail account set up for the Free Shipping Option to Display.
Q What method of payments do you accept?
A We accept credit cards (American Express, Master Card and Visa), PayPal, checks and money orders. You can either enter your credit card number online or call us at 972-452-8965 with the information.
Q How fast will my order ship?
A We generally ship orders out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Within that framework we try to ship your order the next day from when we received it. So if we receive your order from noon on Thursday until 8:00 AM Tuesday, it will likely ship on Tuesday. If we receive your order from 8:00 AM Tuesday until 8:00 AM Wednesday, it should ship on Wed. If we receive it from 8:00 AM Wed. until noon on Thursday it should ship on Thursday.
