Yes, I personally guarantee all of my products for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product from Susan's Soaps & More simply return the product for a full refund to our address at:

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

How long will a bar of soap last?

Most of my customers tell me their bars last about a month when being used every day. The Chocolate Mint Soap which has a LOT of cocoa butter in it tends to last a little longer. To help prolong the life of your soap make sure you keep it on a surface (soap dish or other) where it will be well drained and air can get to as much surface area as possible. The more it can dry it out inbetween uses the longer it will last and the better it will feel when you use it. (This is particularly true of the Shampoo & Body Soaps.)

How will your products work for me if I have really sensitive skin or am allergic to lots of things particularly fragrances?

I can't predict for certain which of my products would or would not work for you. What I can tell you is that they are all natural, all vegetable oils, and that I try not include ingredients which tend to have a high percentage of allergic reactions such as lanolin and peanut or sesame oil. I can also tell you that I have many satisfied customer who were not able to use anything on their skin without some type of reaction until they tried my products. How much do your shipping charges run?

We ship all of our website orders within the United States via USPS Priority Mail (unless you specify Priority Express). Our website shopping cart automatically totals the weight specified for all of the products in your order (specified weight includes the weight of the product, its container and packing) and then through a link with the USPS website calculates the shipping based on the total order weight and shipping destination. A $1.00 fee is added to the shipping charges to cover our time and materials in packing the order. The minimum charge by USPS for a Priority Mail package is $4.05. With $1.00 added that brings it to $5.05. So your minimum shipping charge will be $5.05 with most orders in the $15.00 - $20.00 running a shipping charge of $6.00 to $7.00. It does vary a lot depending on what you are ordering and where we are shipping to. Soap and salt glows for example weigh a lot more than lip balm or lotion bars. It is also a lot less expensive to ship close by than across country.
We are currently running a FREE SHIPPING special which consists of Free Priority Mail shipping on any order over $75. This offer is good for a limited time and for orders over $75.00 gives you free USPS Priority Mail Shipping (Does not include Priority Express)within the United States.
